ANDREW CHAMBERS, CA

Martin Currie

Andrew is a portfolio manager in the Real Asset team. He has significant experience in the infrastructure and utilities space having been a lead analyst at Austock for six years.

Andrew joined Martin Currie Australia in November 2011. He also gained significant experience in project finance and credit analysis as an associate director at Société Générale, structuring, arranging, underwriting and advising on the debt side of numerous major transactions in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. Previously, he also worked as a senior accountant with KPMG. Andrew has been a sell side equity analyst, investment banker and chartered accountant (CA).

Andrew has a bachelor of commerce from the University of Melbourne, and holds a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. Andrew is a Fellow of Finsia.


SHANE HURST

Shane co-manages all Global Infrastructure Strategies. He has23 years of investment industry experience.

Shane joined a predecessor organization in 2010. Previously, he was Director, Infrastructure Securities, at Hastings Funds Management as well as Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Tribeca Investment Partners and Investment Analyst at AMP Capital Investors.

Shane earned a Master of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.


Brian Giuliano, CFA

In his role on the Global Fixed Income team, Brian provides research and communicates with clients, prospects, and consultants in support of our investment strategies. Previously, as a senior investment specialist in Brandywine Global’s Wealth Management Group, he maintained and enhanced relationships with institutional and high net worth clients and prospects while specializing in Global Fixed Income and related strategies.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Brian was a marketing and client service associate at Mondrian Investment Partners (U.S.), Inc. (2005-2008).

Brian is a CFA® charterholder, holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses, and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Stephen Tong, CFA

Stephen Tong is a Client Portfolio Manager for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS). He focuses on designing and managing multi-asset portfolios engineered to meet specific client objectives by leveraging Franklin Templeton’s global investment capabilities.

Mr. Tong joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2018 and has 11 years of financial experience. Before joining Franklin Templeton, Stephen was a Senior Investment Consultant with Willis Towers Watson, where he advised institutional clients in Asia on investment strategy, portfolio construction and manager selection. Prior to his tenure with Willis Towers Watson, Stephen was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

Mr. Tong holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
